Can You Filter Dirty Water?

The girls worked on this Independent Study for one week. They built this display and presented their concepts to the rest of their class.

They explained their procedure, showed their results and drew a conclusion from those results.

Michelle and Stephanie use a two liter soda bottle filled with sand and stones as a filter.
Holes were drilled into the soda bottles to allow the water to drain out
