Acid Rain

 by Gwynnen Salomon

Gwyenn explained to the class what pH was. She talked about how gases as well as solids get into the air and mix with the moisture forming acids.

These acids come down as rain polluting our ponds, rivers and our water supply.

Gwynnen explains about ACID RAIN

These are building materials that have changed as a result of being rained on. The acid (low pH) in the rain water has eaten away at the brick and cement surfaces.
